This makes a lot of sense you know. How easy things can go wrong. In the future a law needs to be passed that makes directors of companies who own shares in that same company not be allowed to borrow against the shares. If they need money they sell their holdings directly on the sharemarket.
I have never seen such a mess with the likes of Opes Prime, Lift and MFS.
