It's a sign of the resource "boom" dissipating while of course nice drill assays returned are a positive for any company but a lot more needs to be taken into account - any resource transformed to capital is a long way down the track not only uncertainty regarding demand and price well into the future but the need of significant time and capital to extract and supply the resource if it proves to be economic. The whole economic picture of projects take a completely different shade when the sector falls into question.
