unrealistic current valuation

1) In valuing this company one should consider the maintainablke price of ZINC . One cannot safely say that it is the current level.
2)The company let 70 % of the deposit in SA go to ZFX for $8million. Surely the managemnet will now rtegret that decision . As if the company is npow being vaued for its remaining 30n % by the market at say $100Million + then how smart were the directors to let 70 % of the deposit go for a mere $8 million .
3)As the directors dealt with ZFX , how can one be sure what the benefits of the algerian adventure will be.
On current information I am taking the view that this is one highly over valued company which has been swept up in the current euphoria. I will look for a better valued share with a correct chart pattern.
I am not a fundamentalist so everyone should look at the facts themselves. B2
