There is no guarantee of a CR, but assuming the resolution passes at the AGM they have the capacity to do so if they need to. They won't need to do this if they get sufficient money from the app, and in any event there is reserves there for the next 3 months as has been stated previously. I'm as frustrated as the next that the share price is where it currently is, but that is the market, but give the app time to gain traction. Social media is slowly growing and still no bad reviews in the app store (as opposed to when the VPN was launched) and if they're taking their time with the Android version one can only presume it is so it launches successfully and I personally feel they would be asking for a lynching if they go to the AGM without Android launched.
