The cost of living is affecting everyone yet we're still here, holding our shares. The truth is, companies often require senior executives hold shares for a reason. Options often do not motivate. Otherwise, wouldn't Deloub be holding a lot more shares due to meeting targets in the past? The board should require at least one years worth of remumeration be held in shares. This can be done over a certain amount of years.
