Anyone has experience with "seeking the Court's permission to participate in settlement", after missing the original registration deadline?
The (delisted) "Crown II" class action has reached a potential settlement of $72.5M, but I wasn't able to register earlier as I didn't receive the notice. Wondering if it's worth jumping through all the hoops now for a late registration, and how likely court is to approve?
I understand the actual settlement payout per share is unknown at this stage, due to costs, number of group members etc., but anyone have a rough ballpark figure of payout per share at all? Just wondering if it's worth the hassle. What was the previous "Crown I" payout per share, can't find that information even after searching on Google and ChatGPT. No discussion since the stock was already delisted back in 2022.
