    AS's wife only owns 55,074 shares in her own name.
    what the release is referring to is beneficial ownership.
    so when AS has to declare his interests in shares in UNIS, he has to include those shares owned by his wife.
    but I think the 3m odd shares he forfeited were his.

    and the Loans upon which he defaulted were to 3rd parties.
    so the shares did not go to wife, but to lender.

    I wonder what caused the default ? was it the drop in SP which automatically triggered the default? maybe the loan is a margin loan?

    anyway, I think it has no real impact at all on the events to unfold.

    MS better hurry, because UNS is now in "penny-dreadful" territory.
