I was thinking along the same lines Cortex, nothing would surprise me about UNS. The loan was set up in May 2015, when was the farm put on the sale block? It sure sounds like an easy way for a large shareholder to get some money for their shares, without needing to declare that their substantial holding has changed. Just another conspiracy theory????
