????Sorry, but where did it say that the loan was used, or had to be used, to purchase shares? Don't worry about explaining margin loans, I know how those work, again, the agreement only states that the shares were put up as the guarantee.

I know we are all trying to read between the lines, but to be honest none of us really knows the truth behind this, so on that basis any theory could be true and in an open forum everyone is entitled to have their say.
