So you say the smart money has been exiting yet the institutions holdings increased 2.8 percent last quater???
Considering that fact I'd propose the smart money is sitting tight and also accumulating while the price has been coming down and the sheep are spooked and lead to the slaughter. Vultures like your good self putting time and effort on posting on a stock you don't own and claim is doomed tells me there must be a good trade about to present itself here soon enough and plenty of value in wat you would portray as valueless.
