Let us say we are a Medical Equipment Manufacturer sitting on a pile of cash. We want to grow the top line of our business by expanding our product portfolio. Looking through a list of potential companies we run our ruler over UNS. We browse the UNS website and google search the company. We then pull out all the marketing data we have on PFS's, Biologics, Diabetes, Eye Injectable drugs, and other related areas. We then fire up the spreadsheet and start punching in how much each of the Unilife Components are worth. Then you punch in how much the contracts are worth. What would your assigned values be? What would your future sales be? What is it worth to your company?
