    Not sure about outmanouvre Sanofi. But could be Sanofi didnt like what was panning out with Medtronics and back flipped back to something looking like Imperium

    Medtronics recognising we have no present way of commercialising our IP/Imperium device have ran to the table wanting to partner as they bring the product marketing, manufacturing and customer pathways with them.

    Though Medtronics are a big customer of Flextronics so who needs who in such a relationship?
