There is definitely a lack of progress reporting I feel. I know it's not possible to indicate oil shows on the way down everyday, but, I don't think it's asking too much to have a summary report once a week, even if it's just to say, down to what level and when is target depth expected.
Our last relevant report was 17th Aug which said that the well spudded the week before, probably 12th or 13th. It indicated a few weeks for the drilling, I take that to mean maybe 3 weeks. If they had problems, then they should report that. If they didn't have any problems, then they should be at target and wire logged already!
Unless of course they are casing and flow testing without telling us!!
I don't want to sound like I am bitching about these things, but how does everyone else feel?
