Yet another example of worthless journalism. Ever notice that it's always political journos who write trash like this?

Public perception of climate change may be "crumbling", but the academic consensus remains unchanged. Few academics doubt AGW, even fewer doubt GW. Even fewer journos understand the difference between the two.

Anyone who says something along the lines of "18XX was wetter than 20XX, therefore climate change is bogus", or "but the 1912 flood was bigger than the 1974 flood" clearly has little understanding of climate science (or science in general...).

I really wish people would stop posting tabloid style article links on the science forum...
