The scientists that believe man made climate change is real have predicted more extreme and variable weather as one of the many consequences.
They predict more droughts, longer dry periods, more floods etc.
So would unseasonally cold weather in February be an example of that ? It certainly is unusual. Strangest ( and best ) February I've seen for quite a while.
