    Are They going to settle the case with those shareholders after the lengthy process?

    If so, it would be : the liquidator win, lawyers win, those small group of shareholder win, Note holders lose.


    Before I hoped the liquidator could try to claim the cost of the litigation from those small group of shareholders if the case was closed in favor of BNB.
