I have read this whole thread,

My conclusion, I think everyone is confused,worried and/or scared.

I think we all see that our standard of living, that was long taken for granted, is fast being eroded.

It was fun before. Lots of posters on hotcopper, making easy money on a rising share market.

The demographic on here is not really representative of Australia of course.

There are "wealthy" people on here who point the finger at welfare recipients. Nice to be looking down. I think they may be dreading something ominous and are lashing out at anything obvious.

The ones who probably have never heard of hotcopper are concerned about their future, or worse have descended into a type of hopelessness. Going surfing every day is probably fun, but I'm sure deep down does nothing for self esteem.

The time has come for some kind of major reset. Both economically and in the mind set of our people. Emphasis on OUR people, newcomers alike. Good luck
