not so much now...don't forget it is also 'most expensive' (across the board) so 'least affordable' !
i am just now reminded of the story concocted by RE agents and journos in their pockets of all those hordes of chinese investors that were 'buying up' whole melbourne in front of our noses !!!
how can we have record stock quantities with WHOLE WORLD wanting to live and invest in Melbourne ?
