It would make sense to me that a judge has an office to open and send his / her emails as unsolicited emails may contain information about a case that might not be considered if opened and presented to a judge outside of court.
It would be fairly simple to show this as standard practice for most Judges.
Any representation of a typical current or ex union hack sledge against Heydon with a promise of more "jokes" made specifically about Heydon and the RC is based on nothing of substance.
