"When might we expect the SPP offer in the mail?"
The SPP documentation typically arrives in the mail, on or about, the date when the SPP opens, which, according to the announcement, as quoted below, is proposed to be 24 Dec.
If you have signed up to receive notices by email, you may get it be email.
If you contact the share registry, they should be able to tell you how the SPP documentation will come to you.
My guess is that if the documentation is coming to you by mail that it will arrive in the mail between Xmas and new year.
"The SPP offer period will open on Tuesday, 24 December 2019 andclose at 2:00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 24 January 2020, subject to Northern Star’s discretion to amend thesedates. Shares issued under the SPP will rank equally with Northern Star's existing shares with effect from theirissue."
