It is just more misleading scare tactics. I've asked someone close to the source, and as usual, BOC have selectively given the facts

1. BCL aren't a party to the court case
2. Miriori is the plaintiff
3. Miriori is the only one who has the power to bring this action to an end
4. The only legal point or issue - was to stop Daveona, holding himself out as Chairman

After the Mediation (which is also already completed) LD approached PM to back him and RTG, and he and PM have now reconciled.

PM has now filed all the papers to bring his action to an end.

Again, more tactics by BOC to divert people's attention from the fact they got smashed at the wardens hearing. There isn't a single local I've spoken to who said BOC had support there.

You'll notice they don't issue these updates through the ASX, and that is because they are screened for facts and legitimacy. They release garbage updates and post them on their website, where they are free from ASX domain. I have complained about plenty, the ASX said it's out of their jurisdiction. Well go figure
