    I hate to agree with you as I love HDR, but when I look at little companies of which I hold like FAR which I have only held for a short time like FAR my portfolio is up 80% and HDR is just not cutting it. Roc 60 cents today the list goes on oil is up hugely, but HDR is underperforming......I don't know, maybe it is the risk associated with these countries.
