simple acid test. If I was to buy HDR out today at say $1.65b, my return on investment based on 19% of 75,000BOPD (assuming net $20/bbl) would be around 5.5%.
Not a bad investment based on Ching alone.
I think the market is waiting for confirmation of the revenue stream.....they want to see just how much is actually received. Give it another qtr or two and I think you guys will see a re-rating.
