- How did you arrive at a 43% premium to market price?
- Accepting your est. $50pboe, the addn. total revenue is $15 x 26.1M = $391M, or addn. $26M p.a.
Calculating the igv of the shale gas may be premature at this point. A few years ago, John Heugh of CTP sold a similar line to many investors, and maybe to a few brokers as well. They're still waiting and waiting. So, I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than have my hopes cruelly dashed.
