We agree that BPT is a no-brainer long term. I offloaded some of my holdings today financed by the bank late last week and held the balance owned by me. The big question now is whether we will continue to trade in the $0.66- $0.70 range for the next 6 months before a massive re-rating? To hold or trade in a 0.02-0.03 range is the big question for now? I do feel indebted to the people who sold me their shares last week @ $0.61.
