I saw the mention of Dolma! My favourite! Assyrians/Persians love it! There's a better one called Dolma "Colours" which is like filled tomatoes, eggplant, cabbage, wine leaves etc all cooked slowly together with the thick red sauce and greek yogurt.....to die for
