Bad-mouthing from non-holders would be slightly more convincing if they showed they knew anything about what has already been arranged!
Unlike the other East African wannabees, Syrah does not need to depend on underground water for its requirements at Balama. They have already arranged a substantial supply from the Chipembe dam, about 12 kilometres away. This has been detailed repeatedly in announcements, as most holders would be well aware.
Make of that what you will, when trying to assess the credibility of some of our non-holding posters.
