Of course it's to help sell the cap raise. Not many cap raises don't come without free attaching options. Whether you sell the options straight away to reduce the intial raise outlay or like some here hold them for a chance of better gains which is totally understandable with what Unith are building. But Imo don't think they are not an extra carrot on top of the discounted price. Turned out they didn't even need to offer an attached option as it was totally over subscribed anyway.
