utrader not sure what it costs to set up a new listed company, but you can be sure it costs a lot more than $3.5 mill

as you say they have money in the bank and the IT business with customers, value the goldies at nothing right now without anything done on them, adds up to a lot more than $3.5 mill

right now the market is not good enough to do IPO's, but that will change, always does,
