It will come back to life a bit of CPR and consolidation. With no project a and 500 mil shares it will drift down to .001 or .002 and then a cap raise for the boys and buy cheap. Then back door a reasonable project and there you have it. A quick name change to reflect new project and a few will make a lot. Steinpris brothers do it often.
