Unusual Activity, AGM and VA

Hi all

I have been a fan of Hot Copper for a long time, I only recently bothered signing up. In addition to this, I am usually very passive, and while I thoroughly enjoy some of the insights provided by others on here, I do not post myself.

I have spent a lot of time considering whether to post or not. Clearly I have chosen to post.

I have held since the capital raising. Total investment circa $40,000.00. This is not a lot to some; it is to me.

I've been extremely disappointed with how this company has been managed. There has been a lot of 'unusual' activity by certain parties.

I voted for the upcoming AGM. I voted Against all three resolutions.

The company was then placed into Voluntary Administration. Again, I will use the term 'unusual'.

I highly recommend that everyone vote against the resolutions. Do it online, and do it now.

I believe that there is still value in the technology of this company.

I believe that with the right support, the right team and the right leadership this company can grow.

I believe that Elizabeth has a part to play in the future of this company. I do not believe that Rick Anstey, or Laurie Hammond have a future in this company.

Don’t be passive. Don’t write your investment off. Don’t write this company off.

Take a stand for this company. Take a stand for other shareholders. Take a stand for good corporate governance.

Take a stand - vote.
