re: sell now or accept Think neither directors of NXS or AZA have distinguished themselves in attacks on each other prospects, both are good companies despite retoric. AZA takeover ends tomorrow but looks like minor shareholding only will be obtained. Looks like AZA intends to retain NXS holding so seems safe assumption AZA will launch another bid at opportune time. My personal opinion is that will be later this year at either bad news or drilling success of NXS. Interesting times I'm sure.
