I have not had a look at DVN, but i will today.

My "investment" in CIM was believing some "expert", and I'm deep into
the read zone.
My average is $30.31 cents, that's after using that falling knife strategy
a couple of times.

With all their current contracts, this should go well for CIM.

So how much premium would Hochtief offer for a takeover? 10%, 20%? but like you it wouldn't be far enough for me to break even, just hope it's not a compulsory acquisition over 90% then we don't get a premium.
