I think about how far the market has gone up, yet CIM remains at the bottom. This should have been at the high twenties already but when that Greensill saga dropped vs announcement of div, that sent the SP down. I don't believe in Conspiracies but there have been too many coincidences with this lot. And where is regulator? nowhere, all within the rules eh.
