The extraordinary volume in CIM towards the close of trading are around 3% of CIM. There must be an agreement between buyer and sellers to deal at around $21. If it was done by the same broker, the transaction would have been crossed in just one trade. My view is there was one big buyer and several big sellers involved. Let’s face it, there is only one big buyer in the room in CIM.
