There seems to be a little algorithm (robot) sitting in the queue bouncing around on the sell side, suspect the broker who has been buying lately likes to keep this one down.

Maybe they have it sitting there until the next quarterly cashflow report so they can continue to acquire until it proves up the revenue forecast of $1.919m reported as a forecast for the the next quarterly and then cash out on any uplift. The problem with this one is the market liquidity is so low, even the new announcement wont change that by much.
