unusual trades

For at least the second day in a row OBS has traded at a daily low in after hour settlement (4:10pm). A neat 100,000 share parcel went through this way today.
Can someone explain how these kinds of trades come about and what significance if any there is. It certainly is sending OBS in the wrong direction relative to its own valuation and the market in general..
