my mail is that was actually Scherobi quitting quite a number of shares in preference for other opportunities where management and the Board are investing cash on-market and so are substantial holders

some of the ones Scherobi moved into / onto instead are GTK, AAU, AAUOB, DCN, SP3, HCH

maybe FOD and The Board will start to act in the interests of Sharehodlers soon, maybe the promised Board roles and responsiblities review will actually occur such that there is no controlling faction, maybe Norman will getthe message that Shareholders want him to stand aside ?

until then it seems FOD is destined to dwindle atthe lows, which is quite damaging to the brand with the many many retail holders brought onto the share register via the Wise-Owl exposure. Also a risk to Wise-Owl's credibility amongst members (if that's not an oxy-moron in its own right)
