    But why was there no announcement by ARV in respect of this?

    Are there carve outs in the JV agreement for specific elements?

    I would have thought that if your JV partner had rock chip samples indicating an open lithium strike on E47/3719, with one sample coming in at 1.8%, that you would make an announcement.
