Interesting to read the Economist on a flight today. In 2008 (pre flare up) Hamas had killed around 5 Israelis, Israel had killed >400 Palestinians (numbers from head, can confirm accurately if pushed).
This is sadly a saga of egos on both sides considering themselves more important than innocents on their own side; never mind the other side.
Also of interest should be which UN member has broken the most resolutions... it seems to be the same mob who accidentally keeps hitting UN assets every time they pull out there guns.
