IMO market may have already priced a premium to allow upcoming test results. A 40% rise based on one test could be a bit of a stretch (test that almost all on HC assume will be positive....if others have done their research they will think the same). $300mil MC with no sales contracts yet is more likely the reason for stagnating SP. Give us contracts that's what we need.
