Your due diligence didn't incorporate looking at the Coal Sector in South Africa, just the ASX ticker and that CCC is a producing coal company.

As for those two companies having a better share price, there's always a dip between explorer and producer, it costs money to build mines. Since we didn't have the cash, seems we had to equity raise (dilute) to become a producer.
I wonder what our peers will do? Oh, that's right, you're not interested in what other companies have to do, or what's industry norm is with mining juniors.
