Although you would think this logic is useful it's actually a dangerous and naïve view.

From the overall sentiment towards vaccines you can easily see that roughly 20% of the adult population don't want the vaccine, of course through severe government coercion and peer pressure the initial uptake moved the needle to something like 5% who didn't actually take it. You can back this idea up with the difference between 2 doses and 3 doses, roughly 5 million didn't show for the first booster (3rd dose).

The adult (over 18's) population is roughly 17 million of the total population from memory (i'd have to recheck the official number) but that means the government is irritating roughly 3.4 million adults in this country with their coercive government mandates surrounding vaccination.

This is well and truly high enough of a minority to complete destroy the countries stability if this minority decided too. It's irate minorities that destroy stability in countries, not majorities. Remember the American civil war only managed to involve 3.5 million Americans out of a 18 million population at the time.

If they push hard enough on this issue I don't think the country would fare well as a democracy, it would crumble into authoritarianism to control the irate minority that are no longer represented.
