I wasn't aware that UNW had any need for more spectrum. Cash to build out the infrastructure and, more importantly, customers are what they are lacking.

It does seem that whenever these guys announce anything at all there is a frenzy of buying activity so I suppose you could trade it on that. I would suggest that you look at this ann as selling, not buying opportunity. Just my opinion of course - I've been wrong on this stock before.
