There's a big difference here, this is based on the huge capital outlays they've experienced which aren't likely to be repeated without significant revenue. The KMP is majority built and that expense is gone now, similarly now we know a massive amount of feedstock, almost 30 million, is ready to go and in house.
Id be very careful as a retailer who is shorting at these prices (not saying you are) as the big boys have now cleared this one out of all its funds, so I cant see any more forced sellers
