This is mandatory audit wording for exploration/mining companies that don't have a tonne of cash in the bank, i.e. 95% of them. Should not be news to anyone in the industry, the ABC could run similar stories about a whole raft of companies, clearly a slow news day or a junior writer who doesn't under mining.
