I stand by my comments!! I'm emphasising a number of points least of which is the 'creativity' of the financial statements.

e.g.HTC is carrying over $38 million dollars of goodwill on its balance sheet, its current LIABILITIES exceed currant in ASSETS by $8 million dollars, the company has negative cashflow and on top of it there is Peter Kazaco's ability to destroy shareholder wealth e.g. Telstra's acqusition of KAz where Telstra shareholder's lost over $600 million etc. HTC needs an MASSIVE capital injection. Note 11 shows that PK (Peter Kazacos to us mere mortals!!) has provided $3,436,883 in financing to keep the company afloat.

There is no way an AUDITOR will sign off on the accounts as presented by HTC.
