    Definitely will be seeing some positive announcements prior to the AGM.
    IMO management in a lot of publicly listed companies often prefer to hold on to positive announcements for as long as possible and release them close to the AGM to get shareholders in good spirits and therefore more likely to favour the resolutions.

    An age old tactic.
