Hindsight to buy them at 1cent and say it was a good deal now there 14 cents is a no brainer. My comment wasn't about UNX options but all options in general.
Yes you will make more money if they go up but you will also lose more if they go down.
Case in point right now, lets say you have 100,000 options to sell right now see below you end up selling 157000 at 11.5 cents 1.5 cent below the current buy price. If you were selling a 100,000 heads you will unload all of them in the current 1st buy line at 22.5 cents. If you had a million to off load its much worse. Generally when you decide to unload the SP has dropped and the oppies drop like a stone as traders dump them.
Once again not down ramping UNX just showing the associated risk with oppies.
