Apologies I don't have time to jot down the mechanics of my very quick calculation.

But if I have looked at the right ticker code today in Malaysia , UOA Development has surged, think on the back of a rate cut mainly.

Wasn't that long ago it was ex a large dividend. Anyway the UOS NTA I think has generally been around AUD 0.80 cents or so. If UOA development was up 14% today does that make an approximate move from UOS NTA from 0.80 to more like 0.86? Most of the surge came after the ASX finished trading today.

Maybe those who monitor this can confirm quickly, if not if I get the time I might be able to post some numbers.

Perhaps more important is how the market in Malaysia is going. There was an analyst report recently favouring UOA development amongst its picks but not sure how important the analysis is. If anyone has a strong view about the surprise Malaysia rate cut and implications feel free to share.
